Hot Mix Plant

Hot Mix Plant are the series of machines that are used to make an asphaltic concrete which consist of asphalt, filler materials, coarse and fine aggregates by mixing and heating up the dense composition to form a sticky viscous black coloured hot molten liquid. These consist of various components such as cold aggregate four bin feeder, cold conveyor, aggregate dryer, mixing chamber, asphalt tank, mineral filer unit, load out conveyor and centralized control panel. Hot Mix Plant are manufactured with industrial grade materials to make them strong and durable enough to withstand the extreme temperatures of the heating chambers. They are available in different mixing capacities of 25, 35, 45, 60 and 100 ton per hour.
